1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Mridvika Ayurveda. We strive to deliver your wellness essentials in the safest and most efficient manner.

Shipping Timelines

Processing Time: All orders for physical products (formulations, oils, herbs) are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Within India): Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping: (Optional – remove if not applicable) International deliveries can take between 10–21 business days depending on customs clearing procedures and destination regulations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders above a specific cart value (e.g., ₹X,XXX).

Shipment Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing a tracking ID.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. Mridvika Ayurveda is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Physical Products: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Consultations/Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for online/in-person consultations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to qualify for a full refund or free adjustment.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygiene, perishable nature, and personalized composition of wellness and Ayurvedic products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address] with unboxing videos/photos of the damaged product. Upon validation, we will initiate a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products due to hygiene standards.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
